We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable.
All returns/refusals are subject to a 25% restocking fee
Free shipping rebates are voided upon return/delivery refusal of merchandise
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your product was activated we can not accept returns anymore , even in the 14-day return period. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you have to contact us at CustomerCare@mhtus.com to request a return. Once approved, you will receive an email with the instruction how to return your product. We highly recommend to keep the original shipping boxes for return!

If you’re not satisfied or cannot get the “Plug & Play Kit to work, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund without 25% restocking fee, only under these conditions:
Every part must be included and in original condition (no signs of use or damage) and in the original boxes.
The equipment must never have been installed outside the box!
Items should show no wear or modifications.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We can not accept returns on activated licenses or license cards with a scratched off security label!
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
